HEM Reporting wrong results and more for CARBON POKER

The hud is not reporting correct results. It is not tracking my husngs. It is reporting incorrect buyin amounts. I think the only thing it is reporting correct is hud player stats. i hope. yes i have dl'd the latest versions.

Hi, can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and try reimporting your hands into it, check when its finished importing if there were any import errors

is this for MTTs or cash, if MTT's:

The thing is HM can easily calculate the correct winnings and placings if its a sng where all the players are at the same table. However with MTTs basically and 2+ table tournaments HM has no way of knowing whether there is 10 people in the tournament or 10,000 so without this info HM cant workout your position or payout or if the tournament is complete. You can manually edit or also you can request summaries which detail the total people in a tournie, the payout positions and your finishing place, if you import this into HM it will update the results for you but not all site give summaries so email their support and see if they have summaries as im not 100% sure on that.

its for mtts and husngs.. cash imports fine... i will try contacting the site, but also what might the problem be for the husngs.... it is not tracking them at all.
