My HUD and the Title Menu options that allow me to edit HUD display and everything seems to work fine. My issue is arising with the features on the left guidance bar. When I click reports and wait, nothing occurs. So I click preflop hands next and get this error message:

If I click on sessions, it again never loads anything after several minutes, charts doesn't work due to a formulating issue, and then I get the same as the first error above when I click vs Players.

I have PT3 on here and am making transition over. Basically NONE of the things on the left work for me which makes it impossible for me to review my sessions or anything. I'd really appreciate any assistance as this is becoming rather irritating at this point. Would it be possible to unregister the code to this, uninstall, and reinstall w/o any problems?

Hi,

Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe also did you select your username by clicking change? Try going to filter / clear and the filter / use for all to clear all the filters as sometimes that causes it

Already did all of that. Reinstalled, got newest update, and selected username. Still nothing working hardly at all.

Uninstall HM using Revo Installer FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Using Revo Uninstaller (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+) - Using Revo Uninstaller (uninstall HM with Revo FREE and reinstall it)

and pease reinstall your Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Uninstall your current version with this tool: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Download and install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/0/6/1/061F001C-8752-4600-A198-53214C69B51F/dotnetfx35setup.exe
3) Try again

The RevoInstaller page link is broken, found it on a search myself. tried to post a comment to it to inform you guys that the link is broken and it never accepted 10 attempts at the "verifying code" for me to post. (Kind of weird and very frustrating when you're trying to help someone out and can't even post. Tried case sensitive and all caps with no prevail.) Uninstalled and did the advanced scan to clear the old one off.

Then I did the steps for NET framework. When fired up my new install of HEM it didn't find a database and automatically took me into the database area, created a new one fine, fired up w/ HEM using that new database. Did an import for like 61 files. (Cake files), found my hero name there and added it. Had to do player search to find my name though, but so far it is working. Going to try playing on stars for an hour and see if that seems to do okay!

So everything seems to be working great now! I may have been making a bit of the problem myself as I set up the alias for my name, but never attached the names. All in all seems like all features are now working beautifully. One last question, can you guide me to a really good HUD location? I can probably rebuild one, just don't wanna spend that time I'll need to do so. And also not really good at doing the color ranging myself.

So everything seems to be working great now! I may have been making a bit of the problem myself as I set up the alias for my name, but never attached the names. All in all seems like all features are now working beautifully. One last question, can you guide me to a really good HUD location?
