Dear HM support
My HM is asking me to activate it again with the license. This has happened a lot to me and I usually fix it by deactivating the license at Registration Home Page (http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration) and then reactivating.
This process isn't working this time. Also on the link above above, it now says PC#0 and I think it would have previously said PC#1 or #2, but I'm not sure.
Also, not sure if it's relevant, but girlfriend says she mistakenly reinstalled the HM beta Update while trying to open HM, at this point everything was working fine. Then when the PC was restarted, the problem started.
