Poker Stars VPP stat on Euro tables

I may be mistaken, but it doesn't seem as though HEM is calculating the VPPs on Euro tables correctly?

Can you get me the exact formula stars use for this from a confirmed source i.e stars email forwarded to support@holdemmanager.net or a link to something official on their website and i can check into it
