Can I collect samples at tables I'm not playing at?

Hi,
I googled for it but didn't find it:
Is it possible to scan tables that I'm not playing at? I would like to collect hands from people while I'm not playing to have a decent amount of samples when I get to play them.

If it's possible, how exactly do I do that?

Mining isnt allowd by most sites so HM doesnt have that capability. If you google there some 3rd party tools that can do this
