I was using beta 1.10 beta 6 without problems and when I updated to 1.10.03c i get this error:
An error occurred while updating your DB(Currency support): ERROR 22P05: character 0xc2a3 of encoding ''UTF8" has no equivalent in "WIN1251".
Please close down any programs accessing the database and relaunch Holdem Manager.

I am using Windows 7 what should I do now?

Are you using a database with win1251 coding at the moment? This was never officially supported.

You should create a new empty UTF database via Holdemmanager now and reimport your hands.

Start dbcontrolpanel.exe via the explorer and create a new database.

i have the same problem, but i installed the version 10 beta 5 again so its working but i want new version, can i do it like this, export old DB from dbcontrolpanel.exe and import it again using new HM version ??

or i can just create new DB and import hands from HHarchive folder but im not sure there are all the hands i played, first procces takes longer time couse i have to export the hands but it ensures me that it wont be missing any hand

Yeah you pretty much summed it up, first process will take a bit longer but quicker process might not be 100% accurate
