Hands not imported from Unibet Poker

I have tried inporting files even manually, after I have played my session, both from a file I requested to export the hands on my hard disk and from the default import file. I tried this with two versions (1.12.10b and 1.12.11 internal) and the hands are still not imported.

What else can I do?

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)


Email us a handhistory file (original handhistory file...) that won't import for you to support@holdemmanager.com .

Changing the date settings fixed the import issue. I will soon try playing again and see what happens with the HUD.
