When I goto options> rakeback and bonuses> add rakeback then select player it shows I've played 2136 hands,
however when I go to Tourney > reports the same player name has played 467 hands. (I've not played any cash games)

Also rakeback is shown on the graph as almost identical to the green line.

It's been negative and you can't get negative rakeback.

Are you sure you havent any filters selected? If not can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and reimport the hands and see if the problem still persists

I don't know what I had done but the amount of hands are the same now.

Although the blue rakeback line is still almost identical to the green line on graph.

I deleted everything out of HMarchive and deleted all the data bases.
Created a new database and played 2 sitngos on 1 site.

When i goto select player it shows my name from 2 different poker sites with a couple of thousand hands each but on report page it shows I've only played 196 hands.

I'm not using any filters.

Rakeback line still doesn't work properly.

Any ideas?

What version of HM have you installed if you look at the title bar in HM?

1.10.03.b

The hands now seem to be correct. Maybe because I have rebooted PC?

But the blue rakeback line is still almost the same as the green line.

That is only a couple of tourneys. You can't have earned very much rakeback yet.

I have only ~300 SNGs from FTP in my DB which is only 13,000 hands. 467 hands is a very small sample size. I dont actually get rakeback, but if I enter a rakeback amount for FTP the amount of rakeback is relatively insignificant. See attached.

I see now said the blind man!

The rake back is the difference between the blue and green line.

I thought it would just start from zero and go constantly up. lol
