Run the cleanup tool first:
1) Download and run this uninstaller - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe

What size is the exe you downloaded, is that error from the exe or was it from a program unzipping it?

Its should be 231.5 Mb, double check that is the case and maybe try a different unzipping program like Winrar which is free and quite good

Sorry but if you can't download the file from Micosoft there is nothing we can do for you. You can try to dowload it on a different computer and copy it to your one.
