9 man MTT Hud not appearing on Carbon Poker

I cannot get the hud to pop up on Carbon Poker when I am playing full ring tournaments. I played a 6 max tournament yesterday, and it popped up fine. HM2 is recognizing the table because it has the the waiting for hands message up top, but the hud never pops up. Have experienced no problems getting a hud for FR or 6 max cash, so it is only FR tourneys I am having trouble with. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
