Hello.

For 2 days, I do not arrive any more to use HM.
My license does not work any more on my 2 computers(1 use VISTA, the other XP).
I deleted the 2 files holdemmanager.exe.ldat and HoldemManager.lic.
I reset my validation on my two computers.

I try to register but there were errors during activation:"unexpected error while contacting LicenseServer.asmx

Help me please :cool:

My HM version is 1.10.03c

1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.
2) Uncheck every box in the small new menu and click ok.
3) Try to register HM again.


If you still have problems, try reinstalling dotnet framework.

Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Download and run this uninstaller - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe

Hy.
All cases were unchecked in internet explorer (nut i use mozilla).
I have run the uninstaller and install the spécified framework but impossible to activate my HM.
always the same error.

If that didn't work, try this:

1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a file called LicDebug.txt
4. Restart Hold'em Manager

You should hopefully be able to enter your code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete LicDebug.txt and restart Hold'em Manager.

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If you can't find those files, DO NOT delete any other files with similar names.

Please send your Reg.log from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.com.

Hello.
Since 5 days , my HM don't work. The same problem as previously.
The registration "Small stake version" does not display.
No validation.
I do all you notice previously but nothing.

The first time, the validation was made after 4 days, and I do nothing.
The second time, HM stopped during 1 days then it worked.
Now, 5 days and it don't work
