Uninstall and the reinstall holdem manager. Links are on www.holdemmanager.net, download the full setup and then update to this patch http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.03h.exe

Also do a backup fo your settings folder http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=28 first before uninstalling
