And if that dosent work the quickest resolution is to uninstall your firewall and antivirus then uninstall PostgreSQL and reinstall PostgreSQL, run HM and then you can reinstall your antivirus/firewall as its one of those causing the problem

I paid $80 for this software and it doesn't work!

Ive seen this problem tons of times and every single time its solved by uninstalling the firewalls/antiviruses like i mentioned, did you uninstall them all.

If you get everything uninstalled then install www.teamviewer.com and send me an email to morny@holdemmanager.net then i can log in and see if theres anything obvious your missing, make sure theyre all uninstalled first though before we start
