1. Problem N1
I can't replay new hands (for last 2 days after update). HEM print this massage:

2. Problem N2
HUD doesn't display my statistic on table, when i play, but opponent's statistics displayed normally.

1:

*Try creating a new UTF DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database)
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: How to Import & Export Hands (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands)
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB


2:

Make sure the HUD Options > Player Preferences > Appearance > [ ] Disable Hero in HUD is disabled.

Please attach your prefs.xml file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called prefs. To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder.

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

1. I created a new database. It did not help. Error remains.
2. Put in the archives of all the screenshots and the files that you requested.

On the Russian forum there are people with a similar problem. The problem arose after updating software Entraction. Perhaps you should look at the structure of the hand history?

Yeah someone else sent me these Yesterday and i confirmed the bug and sent it to the developers to look into to

I also had this problem, I found the solution. Before updating field "Login" in Entraction clients was no case sensitive. Now this has changed. For example: if you registered with nickname "Bird", you still can write login as "bird" and enter in room and play. But in this case Holdem Manager will not work correctly. If you write a login as "Bird", everything works perfectly. It is not clear why, since HandHistory's file looks the same in both cases. It is inexplicable, but it works.
