View Full Version : boss mwdia database doesnt work

hello

i would like to switch from pokertracker to holdem manager.
but in the trial it is not possible for me to import hands from my boss media database ( btw importing from my full tilt database is working fine ). holdem manager recognizes the folder--but doesnt import any hands ..................
what should i do to solve that problem???

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure the hand histories are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US) Restart.

hello

unfortunally thats not my problem . if i am playing and i am tracking my fresh hands with hem everything is working fine------------
but THE big problem is the hands collected with poker tracker then exported will not be recognized by the hem software (and exported hands tracked with hem will also be not recognized by pocker tracker).
so i cannot use my old database ---------and therefore i cannot change my tracking software
will that problem be fixed in a reasonable time ???

Please zip and mail some of the exported PT3 hands with a link to this thread to support@holdemmanager.net so we can have a look at it.
