hotkeys don't close tables on 2nd Monitor

My hot keys work...but not for tables on my second monitor.

Is there a quick fix or a button to click for this?

Are tables being framed, in red, on the second monitor? Please post a screenshot of tables loaded on the first monitor and one of the second monitor so I can compare.
