at the beginings I had AVG blocking holdem manager, i installed the latest version and after i did this:
C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Xenocode\Appl iance Cache and delete every folder i can find in there.

reboot and now i have this message at startup:

an error ocurred on startup: access at this access path 'C:\Program Files(x86)RVG Software\Holdem Manager\fishfinder\filterv2' is denied

I have vista 64 bit

i suggest that you try uninstalling avg and HEM, reboot.
run HEM, download and install http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
reboot again, run avg and try again

I have vista 64 bit

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.
