HM with virus

Since yesterday I have been receiving messages saying I have a virus when I try to run HM. It then closes the programme and I'm not able to run the Table Manager. Has this happened to anyone else?

Are you using latest version 1.10.03?

If not please update and then you can delete the ApplianceCache folder from the AVG message - it was used in older HM versions.
The alarm is a false positive we had some month ago.
