Ok (this is for cash games)
So I hit the import from and bring up my HH file. Then I hit the auto import. It imports the hands that are in my HH file and then says didn't find any new files and stays that way. I waited for a while but nothing happened. The table manager comes up but it says o/6 players and Im at 9 handed tables. Also it says hands 0 and stays that way. I can get the reports and stuff but not the HUD. I checked the folder and the HH's are going into it.

HELPPPP!

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Which site do you play on?
Check the configure auto import folder settings---> let it match the settings of the pokerclient where the pokerclient saves the handhistories.

Restart HM. Start the auto import. Play some poker... after playing 1 hand.. the HUD should appear.

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

I play on Poker Stars.

Check the configure auto import folder settings---> let it match the settings of the pokerclient where the pokerclient saves the handhistories.

This matches.

Restart HM. Start the auto import. Play some poker... after playing 1 hand.. the HUD should appear.

I did this and the hud doesn't pop up.

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

This is set right.

Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator.

I have vista but I have no idea what your talking about.
