View Full Version : no HUD on PS SNGs

sorry for doubling post (its copy/paste from wrong section)

Hi,

I downloaded newest update but it didn't change anything in my problem

I'm playing sng's on PS and HUD doesn't work

I check and option for saving history is checked (I didn't have this problem on cash tables) but HEM says nothing new is imported (auto update did not find any new files)

anyone can help? shouldn't HEM work on PS SNG's?

edit:ok, its importing hands, but HUD doesnt start (the option for SNGs is checked I also tried to relaunch hud), table manager is running but it always shows 0 players on table (0/6 even if its 9players table)

Table manager found all tournaments

I have also problem with SNGs on TFP. Same problem, Table mamager see tables but it shows 0/9 players for them.

FAQ doesnt help.

i have newest HEM and windows XP

Please follow the steps morny posted and answer the questions if they dont help.

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

Try the table finder - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+)

1. What version of Holdem Manager are you using?

1.10.03c

2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?

FTP
3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)

SNG NL Holdem

4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?

YES

5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.

Im sure its saving hand history.

6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the correct folder.

Yes. I have HUD in cash games.

7. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database.

Databse istn corrupt, see above.

8. Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work?

Yes. I tried. Didnt work.

9. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?

Yes.

10. Make sure UAC is disabled and unselect it and restart if it is.

I have windows XP.

11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder.

Make sure your Stars Client is in english language and correct your Auto-Import settings:

You have FTP configured twice but no Stars import

Im not playing on Stars anymore. And I have removed path

ok its working but stats are messed up, the windows are in total chaos, how to deal with that?

Arrange the stats with the right mouse key. After completion: table manager -> file -> save positions

but I dont know which stats should be assigned to which player

its like 'total' chaos

temporarily add the abb. name stat to a new line at the top of your hud panel. Once you ahve them all set and have tested on a new table you can remove that name stat.


Configure your pokerclient preferred seating and seating preferences in HM accordingly.
1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
2) Move the stats with the right mouse key to the correct positions.
3) Table manager -> File -> Save positions
4) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats being moved to the correct positions.

ok I have new problem with FTP now

the HUD doesnt start - hands are imported, Table Manager list tables but shows 0/9players

when I go to table finder I see like all tables (id numbers) ever played except those currently running (and anyway it would suck if I would have to check the so big list every time)

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.
