Hello HM-staff,

I recently encountered a problem with which I cant enter the database anymore (error: A connection to postgres could not be made).
All the current topics about this subject advice me to reinstall postgres but the last time I did this, following the manual, it took me a few days because I uninstalled it wrong and somehow made a double database or smth.

Would it be rude to ask for a teamview session to fix the problem for me?
Because last time a Moderator fixed a problem in about 2mins for me.
