HEM not opening

Hello. I attempted to open HEM today but received the following error msg's...

1st window that pops up...

When I click "OK" I'm brought to the DCP...

When I click "Connect" I receive the following error msg...

My HEM has been fully functional since the last update and this problem has only occurred today. Help appreciated. ty

edit: can add that I've updated to the latest patch(1.10.03a)

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue.

First try to reboot.

If no help, try this:

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Stop Service

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Start Service

If that doesnt help delete the \postgresql\8.x\data\postmaster.pid file, if you see it.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily -
