Cannot locate pgadmin3.exe

I have purged some hands as database is running slow but cannot vacuum analyse the database.

I have a pgAdmin III folder in my PostgreSQL 8.2 directory but there is no pgadmin3.exe file.

Any ideas?

Check the PostgreSQL/bin folder.
Also you realise you can upgrade your SQL 8.2 to 8.3.7 and 8.4.2 right?

I don't have the pgadmin3.exe file on my computer. I have searched everywhere including the PostgreSQL/bin folder!

My knowledge of SQL goes as far as I know I need it to use HEM.

Would upgrading solve my problem? If so how do I upgrade?
