Are you using ultramon, if so please disable it and as fabio mentioned make sure Force on Top is unticked (you need to restart HM for this to take effect)

no I'm not using ultraomon
the computer that I'm having this problem with is just on one monitor
yes, force ontop is unchecked, it had never been checked/used

In my case, the stats overlapping each other does not happen 100% of the time, and sometimes it does correct itself. But it does happen often enough to be a problem (I'd say about 40% of the time action goes to a table)

Can you unactivate transparency.

And can you update your graphic drivers.

If it don't work, can you reinstall HM:
1) Make a backup of "Config" in a safe location
2) Export your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
3) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
4) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
5) Reboot your computer
6) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
7) Upload HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.07beta.exe
8) Test if it works
9) Overwrite the backuped "holdemmanager.config" file in the new Config directory to recover your settings
10) Test if it works
11) Import your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
12) Test if it works

I'm still having this problem and I do use ultramon. The alternatives to ultramon don't work well for me .
How do I turn transparency in Windows Vista home basic? I saw it worked for someone maybe it will work for me.
Any othr solution anyhow? This is very annoying.

I am having this same problem. I am getting stats over lapping from tables that are under the table that needs immediate action. How to do deactivate transparency? I can see if that works but I can't even find that either. I am running windows XP. Thanks.

Did you try unticking Hud Options > Force Ontop and restarting HM, also are you using Ultramon and if so disabled that. Im not sure what you want to change the transparency for but youll find in in Hud Options > Player Options
