Need to reinstall HM

I just want to reimport the hands I have played.
Is the best way to do this to purge all hands not played by my alias and after that export all hands?

EDIT: I dont need to vacuum analyze after I have purged the hands right? just export all when purge is done.

OPTIONS--> Database Management-->
Just create a NEW database... and reimport your hands (by reimporting your archive folder with import from folder)


To free diskspace.. do the vacuum/analyse after you've purged hands. Also reboot your computer afterwards.

But I will change OS hd to a SSD and install W7 and the only hands I want to keep is my own.

The purge will only delete the hands but not the stats of the players - if thats ok your way will work.

Another way is to create a new empty database, copy only the hands you played from the hmarchive folder to a different folder and import them via import file or import from folder.
