Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

I have the same problem. The problem came very suddenly and random. Not when I updated HEM or anything.

I have done everything you wrote in your post. I have Vista, only windows fire wall and nortons security suite for anti virus.

On which site do you play?

Do you have the same issue if you create a new empty database.
Don't reimport your most recent hands. (from when this problem started)

Only import either older hands... or newer hands.

Reimport all hands from the last week.
Go to tourney tab again.

Two things can now happen:
-1 It will crash again. The cause is a corrupt handhistory that was imported.
The hand is probably missing a time/date stamp, and corrupts the database.

-2 It won't crash. And 1 hand is detected as a corrupt handhistory (or incomplete hand). This mean the corruption only occurs during a live session with the auto import running. But HoldemManager detects the hand as corrupt if you reimport them into the new database.

All of my hhs from last week seems to be gone. Maybe they disapear as they are imported into HEM?

How do I find and fix this corrupted hand?

They should have been moved to the archive folder, default C:/HMArchive

Create a new database.
Import your hands day by day. (from the past few days)
After each day, check if you can access the tourney--> results

When it crashes, create a new database, and import the handhistory files one by one.

It can be very time consuming to find which exact hand causes it.
You can also opt to just not import ANY hands from that day into the new database.
