Hi!

I upgraded to 1.10.3a recently and been having a lot of problems with the HUD.

1)
Worst problem is that the iPoker (VCPoker) cash tables are not found automatically. I can find them ok with the table finder tool, but it's really frustrating to do it manually when multitabling. I have tried with all the iPoker site options ticked and unticked.

After using the table finder the first time I got a dialog which asked if "" tables should be added to some list. I clicked ok, but it didn't help anything.

I don't know if this is related, but I had the same problem just before at PokerStars, the tables not found but the table finder helped. I also got exactly the same dialog after using the table finder and there it helped. So PokerStars is now working just fine. Maybe it's the "" (empty string) that I have now associated with PokerStars that is causing problems at iPoker?

2)
The HUD is not launched in the HEM replayer. No other info on that. It just doesn't work.

3)
Table manager now lists Firefox browser in the table list. Maybe that is also related to the empty string?

Can I downgrade to earlier versions if I have done the multicurrency changes in the database?

1) 1.10.03 has problems with Ipoker: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hud-bugs/26869-hud-keeps-freezing.html
2) I'm not sure about your explanation with the empty string - is it in the file exenames.txt? Open and check the file in a texteditor, there should be no empty string.
3) is related to 2

My HUD doesn't freeze on iPoker. It works just fine, except that it doesn't find the tables without manually pointing every table with the table finder. As I said I have tried ticking and unticking every option under site options menu. Again, can I downgrade to an older version when I have made the multicurrency changes into my database?

With the empty string I was referring to the dialog that was show when I first time used the table finder. I don't remember the exact message, but it was something like: 'Should HEM associate windows owned by "" to PokerStars/iPoker'. As there are "" it seems that there should be some application name or something written, but instead just an empty string.

I saw this dialog first at PokerStars. Then I clicked ok and everything was back to normal. At iPoker it didn't help anything.

I don't know what is ExeNames.txt, but here's the content of that file:

What about the replayer? Is it a known issue that the HUD doesn't work there anymore?

Delete 1, and 3, and then save and restart HM

For the replayer, look in table manager, can you see anything listed like replayer?

Ok, after deleting those rows from the file and using one time the table finder tool, I can get either iPoker or PokerStars (which ever I use first) working ok, but still the other one won't work. The steps are exactly the same as I posted in the first post. Here is a screenshot of the dialog with the empty string:

Can you say why it doesn't get the application name right? I'm running Vista, for what it's worth and this has never happened with the previous versions of HEM.

I can get the replayer table listed in the table manager if I use the table finder tool, but even then the stats won't show up. Also before the table manager was automatically launched when replayer was popped up, but now I have to launch it manually.

For the third time: can I downgrade to an older version when I have done the multicurrency changes in the database? I would rather use a version that works how I expect rather than this which requires several manual actions before it's usable at all..

You can downgrade to older versions by installing them, you find some versions in this thread: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/23748-1-10-03a-official-release.html

But your Problems with the table finder are not ok, normally you don't need the finder for stars or Ipoker.

If the older version works for you its ok but if you cant fix it we need to take a deeper look in your configuration.
