New gioco digitale platform works with ongame network.

I have problems in importing hands:

With auto import HM does not import anything, cannot found hh. With manual import HM import hands but in results does not appear anything and HUD doesn't work
I tried with table finder too but it says that there are not hh imported
I have latest hm version and windows 7 64bit
What could be the problem?

ive the same problem. hem imports the hh's (and imports wrong tournament buyin) but the table manager does not find any tables.

i use the java version. ive heard with the flash version there are no problems (w/ exception of wrong tournament buyin)

edit: i figured out how to get the hud working, however, this does not solve the buyin problem.
where can i send the hh's?

You never answered the questions asked of you.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmupdate

Uncheck "Import from Subfolders" in the auto-import settings.

Move the files in the handhistory folder to your \hmarchive folder and import them via import file or import from folder.

Try a new session with auto-import. A new handhistory file should be generated.

Please check your filter, date/time, player name settings etc.
When the Hud is working the hands are being imported and you should find them in the reports.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database)
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: How to Import & Export Hands (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands)
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB

You will want to use the Options > Change Default Buyin option.

FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Change Tourney Default Buyins (10+1) (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/199/Change+Tourney+Default+Buyins+%2810%7B2B%7D1%29)

For the hands already imported, you can edit them manually via the right-click menu in the Dataview tab.

FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Data View (Tourney Results Sub-Tab) (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/181/Data+View+(Tourney+Results+Sub-Tab))

Yes, youll need to do this if you play more than 1 buyin.
