Hello,

I want to ask you if is correct of calculation of rake on Paddypoerpoker in HEM 1? I have an last update, but according to HEM I raked yesterday 173 USD, but recieve only 2701 Paddy points, so on Paddy poker I should recieve 20 points/1 USD rake and this ratio is only 15,6 points/1USD rake, so I dont know, if is HEM wrong, or their software. Thank you for an answer!

Hello, so I emailed with PPP support and my affiliate support and according them there is a bug in HEM. Rake calculation of rake is about 20% higher, then should be.

Try reimporting your hands into a new database.

There are two types of contributed rake, average contributed and weight contributed. Average uses all the players that VPIP'ed and divides the rake evenly between them while weighted divides the rake based on how much each person contributed towards the pot. So if player X put in 40% of the pot then he gets 40% of the rake and theres also dealt rake which divides the rake between anyone dealt in, as far as we are aware our rake stat is calculated correct for that site. If you can contact the poker site and get an official formula for calculating the rake and find a hand that was not calculated properly according to that formula then please email the hand to support@holdemmanager.com and well look into it.

Since the affiliate mentioned there was a bug on our end i assume they have a formula they use to calculate its correct on their end so if you get that, then apply that format to a hand where ours doesnt match then we should be able to figure it out, comparing to whats in your affiliate account is flawed, the have different cut offs for the days so unless your matching up with the same timezone you could be comparing 2 different samples.
