HUD not showing at pacific poker

Hi, I have recently upgraded to HM2 and find that the HUD is not showing up and the import is not working though I have clicked the auto import box.

When playing at the table I can see that the upper left hand corner does show " waiting for hand" and some HUD setting.( I have also purchased notecaddy) but the HUD is just not showing up. Please note that in the replayer the HUD is working normal.
