I have been using hold em manager for full tilt poker for more then 2+months
today i go to open hold em manager and i get a message saying active your software (it is reading my HEM as a trial expiry version) .. so i go to click ok activate and it says a valid license could not be obtained for Hold Em Manager.. all i can do is click ok and then it tells me there are issues with my serial number, it shows my serial number but all i can do is click Close? if someone can figure this out for me QUICK i can ship a little cash reward on full tilt? how do i fix this?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.
