Hello,

since the Everleaf update my HUD is not working anylonger. It seems to be the same problem like it was before on Cakepoker, HUD is freezing after 1 played Hand but the hands are imported correctly.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Update: HM1: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.11_09July2012.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Hi, can you try using the table finder

Try using the table finder

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+ - Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD

This is necessary when you set it up for the first time, it might be neccessary again due

Of course I have used the tablefinder. It's just the same problem like on Cake Poker Network before. Stats are appearing for just 1 hand and then they are freezing and you can't move the HUD anylonger. After using the tablescanner the hands are updated to the actual amount and then freeze one hand later and so on and so on...

I have already tried this one but it isn't working too. Is this link http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe the absolut latest version?

Stars has changed the hand history folder location on a lot of players, or just deleted the folder, this causes hands not to open.

1) You'll need to go to Stars' Options menu.

In the Hand History Folder location, check the location of the folder and make sure that it is in the list of Auto Import Folders in Hand Importing. Do the same with Tournament Summaries.

2) You may need to manually change the entries.

3) You might also need to manually import the hands from the folder and move to the archive.

If that does not work, it's because HM had already tried to process and reads them as non-hh or already imported. Please create a new database in database management. Then import the hands. You can export these hands and import into the original database.

Please follow these steps completely:

http://forums.holdemmanager.com/bug-reports/104721-no-hud-table-only-3-hands-showing.html

We will need the answers to the questions in the thread as well.

Altough my Stars Hud-problem is solved, I have also problems on Everleaf. It's the same problem I had on Cake poker several months ago: The HUD is just showing the actual amount of hands and then freezing immediately, to refresh I have to draw the red cross from the table finder again on the table to see the stats for one more hand before freezing again.

I've tried out both versions and it's still the same problem. On every other network it's working very well, but on Everleaf it's the same problem I had several months ago on CakePoker. HUD is freezing after 1 hand and not refreshing from itsself.

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.

Please Zip these folders/files and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

It works - but you need to use Table finder first time
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+
when HM asks to add site in list - confirm

Our testers could not duplicate your problems. Once they used the Table Finder once everything worked fine. Please follow the instructions in post #16.
