Import Problem with some hands

I've tried looking at the error log and won't work out why the won't import. It means I'm missing 4 SNG tournies (stars) from the database. Would appreciate if you could help me out. Love this software, will be purchasing after trial for sure.

FYI - i tried importing the problematic ones twice ... not sure if this will screw up the results in the log file - anyways - error log attached.

Do these errors come from original handhistories??
All the handhistories are corrupt... and MISS important information: mostly seat information and stacksize information.

Since they're played on Stars... simply either email Stars / or use the handhistory REQUEST option.. to request all these hands again.

Hi there.

I was missing 28 tournies from my hand histories, so i used the Request Hand History function from pokerstars. Looks like 24 imported correctly, and 4 failed. The log I sent was the output in Import>Logs.

I re-requested the 4 offending logfiles from stars, re-imported, and same issue. I've already imported 24 other logfiles requested, so there's something specific about these.... the importlog error file attached again.

Can you export the hand histories and correpsonding summaries and zip them up and send them to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread and ill check this out

If this is what Stars keeps emailing you, they messed up their handhistories:
(maybe due to a server error on their side.. )

If you manually edit the hand... and add a NEW LINE, before every "Seat 1, Seat 2, etc." HEM can import the hand.

I think we can change our import code. So it CAN import all these faulty handhistories.

But it might screw up some proper handhistories. If a player has picked "seat 1" has a player name.

Thanks Patvs. I double-checked with a new HH request to stars, and for sure, thats whats coming through - i'll try editing the hands and see how it works out.

I've started a new database, excluding the 4 erronerous hhistories. Going to manually enter the results and ignore the hand histories. Thanks for your help, can consider this closed.
