Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe and if that doesnt work please try doing a clean reinstall FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Using Revo Uninstaller (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+) - Using Revo Uninstaller (uninstall HM with Revo FREE and reinstall it) and afterwards update to the new version

please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator". if the option is grayed out then this is because youve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - the How-To Geek (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/) and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

If that doesnt work maybe we can do a teamviewer session to troubleshoot the problem, please email me with a suitable time to do the session and also the timezone your in support@holdemmanager.net.

Thanks
Morny

Good afternoon, I have put 100 % the size of the text, instead of 120 % and all works. Many thanks.

Issue solved, for anyone with a similar issue heres the solution:

Sounds like your dpi settings, you need to reduce it to 96dpi and then reboot

if your using Vista or XP Change DPI Settings in Windows VISTA (http://www.lawfirmsoftware.com/support/change_dpi_settings_vista.htm)

if its windows 7
DPI Display Size Settings - Change - Windows 7 Forums (http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/443-dpi-display-size-settings-change.html)
