Just a question:

Have you worked the currency exchange rates into the rake calculations ? In othe words, will he true rake be reflected in a session where I played mixed currency tables ?

I am going to play two sessions now: One on USD tables tables only, and one on Euro tables. If I am not mistaken, if all is done correcly, I should get a very similar rake % for both sessions.

Would also be interested in the answer to the questions. Please let us know the results of your experiment ;-)

Very odd.

Played 2 sessions:

518 Hands on 10nl USD 6 Max tables.

Total rake $6.12

Then, 513 Hands on 10nl 6-Max Euro Tables.

Total rake $4.55.....??

Are my samples still too small ?

I guess it's possible.

It should apply it to rake as well but I'll be checking this

Sample size is very relevant here.

edit: you could compare the two stakes with biggest pots and VPIP, both affect the rake. There is probably a notable difference.

Have you checked on this yet ? I play Prima network. Would love to know if my rake will be accurate if I sit on mixed currency tables.

I am happy to report that I got my monthly rakeback today, and the payment was 98% accurate in accordance with HEM.

This is good enough for me. Thank you, and well done.

I'm afraid after 1.10.04 this is all shot to hell. The rake is reported as only about 4bb/100 over a 30k sample. This is entirely impossible. No ways what so ever it is that low. Should be around 10bb/100 possibly a bit less or possibly a bit more, but not 4bb/100.

Surely changing the calculation method to "weighted contributed" from "contributed" could have such a huge effect ? Rake is now about 50% less ? Can't be.

Seems it's my brain that is shot tol hell and not HEM. I did not realise there is a "Rake in USD" report now.... :o

And is seems to be spot on !

My apologies HEM team....and WD ! :D
