Several buggs/problem

Configuration:

Up-to-date windows 7
Version 7053
UAC turned off
Unchecked 'read only' on all HM2 maps
HM2 and hudssfunctonapp set to run as administrator and set to allow in Windows firewall
No other security software then Windows firewall and Windows security essentials

Old buggs/problems (7053 and before):

Line analyses screen doesnt contain any hands
Pokerstars MTTs are detected incorrectly (6-max and 9-max as 10-max and turbo as regular)
Rakeback-line in graph is incorrect when containing tournament-data from multiple currencies75602

New buggs/problems in 7053:

Rebuys arent detected
Active session screen wont update unless HM2 is restarted
Hud is adjusted with info from new hands, but often doesnt update a changed player unless HUD is restarted
HM2 crashes about every 2 hours (see log)

I cant roll-back becouse versions before 7053 are giving zoom and/or postgress problems.

Please let me know which problems are known and when i can expect a update which solves them. If problems are unknown, please let me know which additional information you need to solve the problem.

Close HM2 and change your Windows > Control Panel > Region and Language > Format to English (USA)

then restart HM2. Try again.

Close HM2 again and change your regional settings back to your native setting and start HM2 again.


Please delete everything except for the database, notecaddydefinitions, backups and config folders, caddylayout, CaddySettings, ColorDefinitions and layout, NoteCaddyTags and noteDefinitionsLayout files in:
7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
You must show both hidden files and check unhide system files. See this:

Please update to this version:

Please add holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncapps.exe, postgres.exe, pg_ctl.exe (in postgres\bin) and hmupdate.exe (available only during an update) to the list of exceptions in your firewall and antivirus.

Please make sure that you are running as an administrator.

You may need to uninstall your AV, install HM2, and reinstall your AV.

Done everything as described.

First the good news: HM seems to run smoother and hasn't crashed.

The following problems persist:

Line analyses screen doesnt contain any hands
Pokerstars MTTs are detected incorrectly (6-max and 9-max as 10-max and turbo as regular)
Rakeback-line in graph is incorrect when containing tournament-data from multiple currencies
Rebuys arent detected
Active session screen wont update unless HM2 is restarted
HUD is adjusted with info from new hands, but often doesnt update a changed player unless HUD is restarted

These are known issues. They have been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I do not have a specific date for when they will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The assigned internal ticket #s are hm-5135 and hm-3211. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back on this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for those ticket #s.

This is a known issue. The ticket # is hm-4835

Please make sure your filters have been set correctly.

I have forwarded this issue to our bugs department for further investigation. It will be tested in the order in which it was received. We will reply back in this thread with our findings.

Please make sure your Hand Importing > Site Time Adjustments have been set correctly.

Does this issue also occur on a new database? You also may need to reset your HUD prefs file to resolve this issue.

Please export your custom HUD's in HUD Options.

Import your HUD's again.
Set your seating preferences to match the site's seating preferences.
If there is none:
set it to "-" for the right HUD and site for each game type/# of players.
Open one table, make sure positions line up.
Click settings on the summary HUD on the table, find the HUD name, click Use for all

Active session screen and HUD now fixed.

Line analysis now works from the opponents tab and by right clicking the note icon in a 6-max PS game. Still stating zero known hands by right clicking the note icon in a 9-max PS game. All filters set to any and number of players 2 to 10.
