HM doesn't know hands mucked on showdown, even though they can be unmasked by clicking on "previous hand" URL (while playing). Is it OK? I want HM to keep track of that hands.

You can get mucked cards on Ongame, make sure your using the latest version and you have it setup properly http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.03h.exe

Hand History Viewer displays that hands like following:

***** Hand History for Game XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX *****
$30.00 USD NL Texas Hold'em - Sunday, September 28, XX:XX:XX ET 2008
Table XXXXX (Real Money)
Seat 8 is the button
Seat 3: SevenGreen ( $44.91 USD )
Seat 8: MyNick ( $27.90 USD )
SevenGreen posts small blind [$0.15 USD].
MyNick posts big blind [$0.30 USD].
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to MyNick [ 5c 5s ]
SevenGreen calls [$0.15 USD]
MyNick raises [$0.75 USD]
SevenGreen calls [$0.75 USD]
** Dealing Flop ** [ 9d, Ac, 3c ]
MyNick checks
SevenGreen checks
** Dealing Turn ** [ 7d ]
MyNick checks
SevenGreen checks
** Dealing River ** [ 4h ]
MyNick checks
SevenGreen checks
MyNick shows [5c, 5s ]
MyNick wins $2.00 USD from main pot

It means that HM doesn know the mucked hand, doesn't it? Or what's wrong otherwise?

Thats from the Hand grabber is it?

Im using the new Beta 1.06.04 Beta 3 which takes the info from the database and it works fine so it must show it in the database and not in the handgrabber so that version will be released soon

That hand was auto imported from "... Holdem Manager\Importing\HEM Data". (Ongame hand extractor moves extracted hands to that folder)

Ok so the hand grabber probably dosent catch that info but since 1.06.04 takes the info from the database and can see the mucked hands then this will be resolved when you update to the beta or wait for the official 1.06.04 update

Fwiw I'm using beta 3 just now and the mucked cards do not show from the losing player. I think it's because Ongame records it as the player folding when they muck. If the cards can be displayed it would be a huge help to me.

Ok what happened when i tested was i got all in with villain and we both had the same hand so it showed it because nobody lost/mucked but your right it dosent show the mucked card.

I checked the HH that HM creates from the database and it dosent have the mucked cards there, ill check with Roy if its possible to get the mucked cards from the database and include it in the HH

Any news on mucked ongame hands? This is really valuable I think. Thanks!

I have been trying to find hands that show muckec cards in the ongame session viewer but don't show them in Holdem Manager and I haven't had much luck. I don't think Ongame is saving mucked cards unless the person actually shows and in that case HM should be picking it up.

I donīt think it is possible to do something about it.
But the link to the previous hand in the top right corner at Ongame Tables actually shows mucked hands if you click on it.
Bu the hand histories stored in the database doesnīt. Go figure why?
Ongame is such a lame poker provider.

Is it possible to import older ongamehands (which was played weeks/months agp not using any statistics program) into HM? If so, where could I find a guide on how to do?

If they were mined using the handgrabber yes, just import using Import Files or if you still have the ongame database you can import that the same way
