Problems with Hud in PKr

Hi, I've the lastest update of HM, HM now support pkr, in my HM i can see the reports,preflop cards, hands, sessions, graphs , vs players of the site PKR, but in the moment that i want to see the HUD online in PKR, i can't to see the HUD in PKR, i can only see in the replayer.:confused:

This is a little uncomfortable for me, i've the license Small stakes.

I expect an early response from you. Thanks.

Also PKR only works if you 1 table, iof you have more than 1 table open it wont show the hud

PKR expressed they only want HoldemManager to support a HUD on 1 table.

and how about the other programs, which can handle this? there are two primitive software, but costs same prize like HM.

If other software don't want to follow the strict rules and regulations of the pokersites, it's up to them (risking to end up at a banned software list).

Most poker software programs like to live on the edge what is / isn't allowed.
HoldemManager doesn't play this 'game'. So when Ongame didn't like us showing mucked cards, or Bodog didn't like it if we 'grabbed' the hands, etc. we stopped doing that.

But we do plan to support MTT support for 1 table on PKR.

Ok you say u can support only 1 hud table, but when i close that table that initially got hud i cannot launch the hud on other table?

I tried with table finder - the table is there but when i select it and move the red cross over it the old hud(from the first table) dissapears and nothing new comes.

Any info on this?

Does fully restarting HoldemManager solve that?
Of stopping the auto import--> closing TableManager---> and then starting the auto import again (relaunching the TableManager)?

No this isnt helping, i use the latest version.

Some problem to me:

hud works fine on 1 table (cash game)
hud does not works on 1 table Mtt. noway.

My setup its ok (i reads all faq).

it doesn't seem to work for everyone. it doesn't for me and i reported it 12 months ago

support said they aren't willing to spend time on fixing it and they've been true to their word. i had to buy another tracker that did work on PKR
