just updated to 1.12.10b and created a new DB
imported old hands overnight and i was ready to play some..

i played a session and pokerstars said ive played 2300 hands while my hem said i only played 2100 hands.. all filters were off so its definitely not that.. also the result in my hem was way different then my result on stars, so the missing 200 hands were quite a big deal

i tried reimporting all hands played but it only gave duplicates and about 600 import errors..
probably hands missing from the previous session as well

what can be the problem? and what can i do about it?
of course i want hem to be accurate and import all hands and show results of all hands..

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)
try setting the date filter to THIS MONTH (instead of TODAY)

Are you playing on Zoom tables?
Which hands imported as import errors? Go to your HoldemManager/Importing/Logs folder to see which hands resulted in import errors.
Post (or email) one of those files.

none of it is zoom, all normal cash tables

What did you import exactly?
Original handhistory files, or exported handhistory files (exported from HM1 or from PT3?)
Or purchased handhistory files?

The handhistory contains lines like:
bIondie: raises $-10771575.04 to $-10771569.04

wazawskiHH: raises $-10815179.52 to $-10815173.52
dyng247

The formatting of the handhistory is corrupt.
If these are mined handhistories / purchased handhistories, contact the seller/datamine program that they're being grabbed in inproper formatting.

then i probably selected the wrong log

i played a session just now with a new DB

stars claimed i have played 1634 hands,

with all filters off my session tab showed 1452 hands, the strange thing is right under the screen the hem icon shows 1634 hands as well
why they are not shown in the hem session and graph tab i dont know

i went to the log folder and there was one file called sqlerrors which is full of these rules:
The Error: ERROR: 42601: syntax error at or near "Game"

Occurred when trying to save the game

there one other file called zoom which if full of this rule:
Jul 08, 2012 16:05:00.522 Zoom scraper
Jul 08, 2012 16:05:00.522 No Zoom data returned

but i didnt play any zoom, just normal cash games,
i also noticed im getting more import errors than usual

how i can fix this so that the hem auto imports all hand i played

and please come with a solution for once ive been struggling for hem for so fucking long its not even funny anymore

Email or post a handhistory that results as an import error.

how do i know which hand histories are causing the import error?
and where can i find these?

Go to your HoldemManager/Importing/Logs folder to see which hands resulted in import errors.

Find a recent handhistory file, that shows your holecards in the handhistory, yet still results in an import error.

in that folder there are only 2 txt files:

1) zoom.txt, which is full of lines like these

Jul 08, 2012 16:05:00.522 Zoom scraper
Jul 08, 2012 16:05:00.522 No Zoom data returned
( i did not play zoom)

2) SQLErrors.txt, which is a hundred times this sentence:

The Error: ERROR: 42601: syntax error at or near "Hand"
Occurred when trying to save the game

,
theres nothing more to that folder so how the fuck can i copy a handhistory from there

i couldnt add the sqlerrors.txt cus its too large

Let's try something else. Update: HM1: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.11_09July2012.exe

Reimport your hands into a NEW empty database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

If they still result in import errors. Email us the original handhistory files (from your archive folder).
