hud problems in pokestars zoom .es

in pokerstars zoom .com everything was working fine, but when we changed to .es the hud in zoom works for 2-3 hands and the hud just stalls or freezes, but still importing hands.

any help? :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused: :confused::confused:

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screenshot of the sessions ribbon
- and a screenshot of the table created by running Software | Catch22 (http://catch22.net/software/winspy)

what do u mean by session ribbon? and i quite dnt understand the catch22
