merging PS+PKR?

Until today I used a 3rd party tool to convert PKR HH into Pokestars format which I then imported into HEM. Now HEM imports PKR hands directly, but for all the same players HEM consider stats as different if they belong to the different sites.
How can I merge statistics for players from old base ("PS") and new (PKR)?
