View Full Version : holdem manager not importing data right

I've been playing the Pokerstars F40 SNGs and Holdem Manager is not importing the results right. It can get my placement in the tournament wrong, it is not importing any of my prize winnings, it's getting the number of players wrong, it's not labeling it an MTT some of the time.
Why is this happening?

You have to request tournament summaries manually: Pokerstars > Requests > Tournament Histories...
and import the data from the mail: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Import Emailed Hand Histories (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/117/Import+Emailed+Hand+Histories+)

Then import them manually to HM.

Isn't that what the auto import is supposed to be doing?

No, for tourneys you need to request additional result infos because they are not in the stars handhistory file.

For every SNG/MTT... on PokerStars yes...
the easiest way it to use the REQUEST option IN the PokerStars software, and request the last 200 results.

You can do this daily/once a week, depending on how many you play.
If you want to request more than 200, simply email Stars, and they'll email you ALL of them.

Hi,

try can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and reimport the tournament hands and then reimport the summaries.

When you import them let us know if there were any errors and if the problem persists zip up the tourney hh and summaries and email them to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread
