Merge (Carbon) - SNGs don't upload right

Hello everyone,

I just bought Hold Em Manager (using with Merge - Carbon Poker) and it uploaded my cash games perfectly. However the tourneys seem really messed up. It seems it gets the buy ins messed up. Has anyone experienced this problem or have any idea what I can do? This is a big concern to me because I basically only play SNGs and that is what I want to use this for.

Merge does not store the buyin information in the handhistory file We use the buyin from Options - Default Buyin.

You need to edit the tourneys manually in the dataview.

Wait so I would have to do this for every individual SNG? Isn't there a way I can program it? For example, each SNG on Carbon has a "specific" room name that is consistent so I would really like to figure this out.

you can do a bulk edit for multiple tourneys.

I suggest you zip and mail the hands for some sample tourneys to support@holdemmanager.net so we can have a look at it.
