Basic questions regarding HEM and HUD

Pardon the ignorance, just have some basic questions regarding HEM that I couldn't find answers to.

1) Luck adjusted winnings line - what exactly does this mean? What much does it differ from MTTs to STTs to cash games? How much credence should be put in it?
Similar question for EV$ROI%.

2) HUD stats - have been playing online for a good few years but only started using a HUD. What do the stats mean and how can they be used? VPIP specifically, thus far I've just been comparing numbers within the particular table and whoever had higher numbers I assumed were alot more aggro. What is the cut off points etc. for super loose, looser than average, super tight etc.
Any good article on how to use the stats the HEM provides? I'm as noob as possible when it comes to these.

But, the first link doesn't actually explain what the Luck Adjusted Graph is or how it is calculated.

And also, I'm aware of the definition of the stats (VPIP = voluntarily put in pot etc), but that doesn't explain what the difference is between a VPIP of 20 or a VPIP of 50.

-1 I'll simplify everything.
CASH
AKs vs TT is a coinflip situation.
You go allin with AKs for $100.... TT calls with $100. The pot is $200.
If you win (50% chance) you win $100. If you lose (50% chance) you lose $100. Because AK vs TT is a coinflip situation your $EV in the hand is 0.
Therefore if you win the hand your $EV will be -$100. ($100 -$100 = 0)
If you lose the hand your $EV will be +$100. (-$100 + $100 = 0)

SNG
Again... AKs vs TT
Four players left. Bubble situation.
Player 1: 3500 TT
Player 2: 1500
Player 3: 4000
HERO: 3500 AKs

Player 1 goes ALLIN. You call. Again there are two scenario's.
You win the hand (50% of the time)... --> and you're in the money with a 7000 stack! (and you're equity is around 56% to WIN the SNG... and you're guaranteed 3th place prize)
You lose the hand (50% of the time)...--> you're out of the SNG and your equity is 0.

HoldemManager calculates $EV for every ALLIN situation. It will show you if you're running good/bad. It will use the $EV in SNGs to show your EV$ROI%.

-2. HIGH VPIP means LOOSE player.
VPIP = 10 player only plays 10% of his hands (usually top 10% of his hands)... which in a fullring cashgame of 9 handed MTT is pretty tight.
VPIP = 40 plays 40% (!) of his hands.

It's the AGG (agression factor) that shows how agressive a player is.

Not wishing to hijack, but always interested to see folks colour coding for stat ranges - what game do these originate from?

I found the color-coding pic on PokerNews.
It's supposed to be for 6max cash.

Red = good
Orange = still acceptable
Yellow = too high/ too low (but difficult to exploit)
GREEN = TOO HIGH / TOO LOW (easy to exploit, easily makes you money)
