HUD/HEM not working on ipoker after 1.10.02?

I updated to 1.10.02 to play rush on ftp.

When I play on iPoker (william hill), stats are missing in the HUD on 1 or 2 players on each table. On some tables hero`s stats are missing.

W. Hill has not updated its`s software recently.

Please tell me I`m doing something wrong :)

on 8max and 6max tables only 2 or 3 players are with stats (cash and tourneys)
10max = OK
rooms = Parimatch and Victor Chandler

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder.

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

Do you need more screen shots, files etc. or is the material vlsup provided sufficient?

Can ye both recreate what vslup done it that screenshot and zip up the corresponding xml, .dat and .hh files and send them to support@holdemmanager.net att: Morny

Please go to Hud Options > Table Preferences and enable logging. Then recreate the crash and then go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs and send us the log.txt file with details of when its happening to support@holdemmanager.net along with the above files and a link to the thread and also be sure to send the log before restarting HM otherwise it will clear the log.

I could recreate this only on 6max tables so if you could double check if 8max are working ok vslup and send in the files. 10max and 8max were fine for me.

btw this seems like this problem is only specific to a very small number of players. did either of you have any problems with the assertion error by any chance with the first rush build?

I did not get the assertion error, but I`m not 100% sure which hem-version I had before 1.10.02.

There are no micro stakes 8max tables. You can find them from low stakes and up.

Does this mean that you think it might be some Microsoft or third party program setting which interfers with 1.10.02 HEM?

I have btw tried with different table sizes, with or without clear type, with or without minimaxmod. It didn`t make any difference.

regional settings are RU (but with DOT as decimal separator)
win XP sp3 (last MSupdates some days ago), NetFramework 3.5 sp1, IE8
RAM 1 GB

I m getting the same error with 1.10.02.

Details: iPoker skin CDPoker, 10max tables, the left seat of the two on the bottom middle has no stats. Hope that helps.

for me it worked fine with 1.10.02.
now i updated to 1.10.03a and have the same problem as mentioned here.

just restored to 1.10.02 and it seems to be working fine again... well my layout was destroyed :(

running windows xp and playing on mansion poker.


btw. how do I correctly backup a layout? with positions etc... always export my settings after I finished a layout, but if I import it after a crash it's never coming back :(

I didn't ever set Live tracking on in Ipoker - no need, play SNGs only. Cash table is "for scientific purpose" - as a try to see this error reported from user in forum I moderate

Same problem when playing on Titan and Betfriends. Two of the seats have no stats.

Hmm it works now. Only difference from before is that I play a 10max table at the same time also. And now the 6max players all have hud stats!

The stats might have been placed wrong or somthing, because I had to rearrange most seats at 10max (thought it was because iPokers new client). And I think that fixed 6max. If I move a hud stat on 10max it moves it on 6max also so.

well i'm using minimaxmod with the smallest table size. might it be possible that the stats haven been rearranged so crazy, that they are out of sight on those tables? u know what I mean?

I found a solution to the stats problem. Go to HUD Options/Site options. Klick on I-Poker tab and untick "Atempt to detect 6-max tables". Worked for me :)

Doesn`t "lock the layout" in table preferences do the trick?

Position should be auto saved. Or you can "Save positions" in table manager by right klick the icon. Or open table manager and press "File/Save positions"

I think this issue is because you've detect (x)max unticked, if you revert back to 1.10.02 until we fix it then it should be fine http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.10.02.exe
