I cannot look at my stats in HEm, I get the following message

"the following error occurredd when running this report: ERROR 58PO1: could not access status of transaction 2434990080

Please reboot your computer and try a reindex of your database via pgadminIII->maintenance

I went inot pgadmin III and conducted a reindex on my holdeem manager database, upon opening holdeem manager I recived the same error message.

Please advise again thankyou.

Looks like the database has become corrupt, Please install the latest version (1.10.02): http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe and can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and then reimport your hands into the new database from your archive folder

I installed the new version but not I cant launch holdem manager at all in order to create the new database. I skip the vision update since Im trying to create a new database. It then tells me HEM is updating for multicurrency support. EVerytime I click ok I get amessage of error 23502 column "player id" contains null values. tHen it says shut down any programs that are using the database and restart. Ive rebooted my machine fresh several times and continue to get this message. Please advise 0 thank you.

Please post some screenshots of the steps you are doing until you get the error message.

I cant post screen shots as im running bootcamp and mac bootcamp doesnt allow me to utilize the print screen function - Ive tried for the past hour.

Simply, what happens is I start holdem manager itimmediatelly gives me the popup that its making an update to the database for multicurreny support and then I get the error message as described previous, the progam then shuts down. Thanks for your help.

Finally figured out print screen in bootcamp here are teh two screenshots befeore HEM just shuts down, note I have rebooted my machine so there are no other programs utilizing HEM.

Your database is corrupt, you should create a new one with 1.10.01, update to 1.10.02 and reimport your hands.

Do I need to do anything with the current database before installing 1.10.01 HEM? I.e. delete all of it except the hands??

After installing version 1.10.01 I get the very same error and automatic shutdown when I try to start HEM meaning I cant get to any menus whatsover. What should I do now? Thank youl.
