cant import hands

hi. i cant import my hands from FTP to my HM and get my HUD to come up. i have both of my files where teh HH on FTP is saved matched up correctly with the file on holdem manager. the file reads as:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Full Tilt Poker\FTP HH\FoldNow13

is there something wrong w/ this file that would make it not work? if there is a certain way u have your file set up let me know so i can get this working ASAP. thank you for your help.
