For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

Try the table finder - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+)

FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Using Revo Uninstaller (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+) - Using Revo Uninstaller (uninstall HM with Revo FREE and reinstall it)

If the issue happens with Table Manager again then remember the hud will not show unless the table manager loads, if it wont load again try going to C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager and right click HMhud.exe then choose Send to > desktop and this should open the table manager if you click on it. It sounds like a firewall is causing these issues so please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

If the option is greyed out this is because you've UAC turned off which is fine

I have problems with HUd on Everest too. HUD i s working fine on PS and Fulltilt,
but on Everest I can see HUD in MTT only for first table. Table manager and import are OK, I can see some stats when I run "launch active players window" but HUD don´t work after first table in MTT. On table manager is everything OK, I can see number of table, so table finder have nothing to do. Please help, fishes on Everest are out of control!!

You need to use the table finder when you move tables because the hand histories dont tell hm it moved tables

FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+)

if table manager isnt launching go to C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager and right click on hmhud.exe, choose Properties > Send to > Desktop and it will create a shortcut on the desktop, try using that to launch it as the hud wont work if table manager didnt load
