ipoker problem: HM doesn't import every hand

i havent been playing ipoker for quite a while. i play on chilipoker and there was a software update since the last time i logged in before so the software updated today.

according to chilipoker, i have played 1076 hands today.
according to holdem manager only 780.
of course results are way off.

there is no hand in which i've won or lost more than 25bbs in HM for today.
there are no hands left in the chilipoker HH-folder, which means HM moved all of the hands that were saved on my hard disk.

is there anything i can do to fix this? any help is greatly appreciated.

First make sure you have the newest version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.03h.exe

Then find the archive folder either C:\HMArchive or one you would have specified yourself. If theres a large amount of files just copy and paste the files that cover the dates where theres missing files to a new folder and then reimport them. If it dosent pickup the missed hands then create a new database and import the hands into that one and see if it works http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146.

If after all that there still missing then please email me the HH to morny@holdemmanager.net and ill look into it

im pretty sure that my database is corrupted since import doesnt work properly anymore for partypoker either. i'll just create a new database.
