Newbie having problems

Hi All,

I started playing online on poker stars for the first time ever last night. I was told that HEM was the program to get so I downloaded the trial version. Unfortunately instead of saving the rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/postgresql.zip file down to my desktop I tried to open it. I haven't been able to download that zip file since. Any advice?

Choose Save as instead of Open then save it somewhere like the desktop. If this dosent work post the screenshot of the situation where you dont know what to do next
